Uploading Files/Documents to the Case - Secured.

  1. In the Client Dashboard. Select "Documents" Tab.
  2. You can upload a new file or link an existing file in Google Drive etc. 
  3. Click on "Add a Link" button to add a link to an existing file.
  4. Fill the form and Press Save.
  5. Click on "Upload a file" to upload the file to our secured Amazon S3 Server. 
  6. Select the file by clicking on the area provided or Drag and Drop the file.
  7. Press Upload.
  8. Files/Documents is now saved and can be accessed from the documents page.
