Uploading Files/Documents to the Case - Secured.
- In the Client Dashboard. Select "Documents" Tab.
- You can upload a new file or link an existing file in Google Drive etc.
- Click on "Add a Link" button to add a link to an existing file.
- Fill the form and Press Save.
- Click on "Upload a file" to upload the file to our secured Amazon S3 Server.
- Select the file by clicking on the area provided or Drag and Drop the file.
- Press Upload.
- Files/Documents is now saved and can be accessed from the documents page.
